Handover sheet
Save writes pc-handover-v1 to localStorage with no automatic expiry. Language switching carries fields in pc-handover-language-v1 in sessionStorage. The procurement desk carries required items in pc-handover-import-v1, subject to confirmation in the sheet, and keeps its context in pc-scope-transfer-v1 for returning to quotes. Navigation keys are read and removed on arrival; if interrupted, they last until the tab closes. Clear removes the draft and worksheet keys. Nothing is sent or saved automatically.
How your data is used
Page delivery
Requests for this publication pass through Cloudflare Pages. Connection information, including the IP address, is handled by the hosting provider for delivery and network security.
The worksheets run in your browser. Draft fields and imported files stay on your device.
Workshop drafts
Only clicking “Save in this browser” writes a draft to localStorage under the key pc-project-v1. It contains workshop fields and notes with no automatic expiry. When switching languages, sessionStorage temporarily carries context under pc-transfer-v1; the destination reads and removes it. If navigation is interrupted, it is removed when the tab closes. The procurement desk uses pc-scope-transfer-v1 in sessionStorage in the same way to carry selections and notes when switching languages; it does not write a permanent draft. It is shared across languages on this origin. “Clear and start again” removes it; you can also clear site data in your browser. Do not include personal or confidential information.
Site record
The light guide lets you download a note and carry it to the workshop or desk for explicit review. It uses pc-site-record-v1 in sessionStorage; the destination consumes and removes the note without replacing fields or saving automatically. Switching the record language uses pc-field-language-v1, also consumed and removed. If navigation is interrupted, notes disappear when the tab closes.
Files and external links
Briefs, procurement questions and corrections are generated as files in your browser; they are not sent. Opening an external source takes you to a third-party site subject to its terms. A download may remain on your device and should be managed with that device’s tools.

Content drafts
The content desk saves only when you click Save: pc-content-desk-v1 in localStorage with no automatic expiry. It keeps three slides per space and their format. Language switching uses pc-content-language-v1 in sessionStorage; the destination reads and removes it. Clear removes only this desk’s draft and navigation state; requirements, quotes and handover remain intact. There is no CMS connection or publication.
How visits are counted
Requests are counted by the server, with the screen-guide route, referring page without query parameters, country and a device or crawler category. Nothing is loaded into the page for measurement.
This magazine keeps its request records in its own KV store for 30 days, with automatic expiry. Neither the IP address nor the full User-Agent is retained.
