Before accepting the installation, check five items: the required input, audio, offline content, restart and user permissions. Record the result, responsible role and supporting document for each check.
- QuoteReference, model and stated condition
- PlanTask, environment and owner
- RecordDate, observation and next action

Equipment lists with matching references in technical and financial proposals.
For your project
Ask for identifiers that reconcile two lists; do not compare totals alone.
p. 6 · detalle LED
Compatibility with existing equipment, including connections and interchangeable parts.
For your project
If your project extends a system, record which signal connections and interchangeable parts need checking. A family name does not establish interoperability.
pp. 3–5 · arts. 10, 14
Checks before acceptance and operation and maintenance documentation.
For your project
Request documentation and training at handover; check that the operator can publish, change content and handle the anticipated incidents.
This document states requirements. It does not provide award, installation or successful acceptance evidence here. Its Alfalite Litefix 2.6 reference identifies compatibility in that procurement, not a buying recommendation or general Spanish preference. We do not transfer its clauses into legal obligations for your project.
Scope changes when a condition appears.
Consider an expansion: A includes panels; B includes panels and a compatibility check with the installed system. Both sentences may say “LED display,” yet describe different handovers. Before comparing prices, ask which existing equipment was identified, what will be checked and who will record the result. This A/B example is instructional; these are not actual RTVE quotes.
“Installation included”
Record document, revision and page. Anything unwritten remains unclear.
What installation work and tests are included?
Artwork, viewing route, configuration, access and handover documents. Assign an owner to pending items.
If both quotes claim inclusion, keep the question: conditions remain missing until explicit. If one excludes a need, do not turn that into a completed test; record the gap and the answer you need. The handover sheet does not evaluate contracts or choose a vendor: it records tests, owners and observations.
Choose where it is demonstrated.
A studio interior is not a west-facing shop window or an outdoor entrance in rain. Use your project context to agree the test. Historical AEMET data help plan repeat visits in different seasons; they do not establish equipment temperature limits, brightness or ingress protection.
The same artwork, the final configuration.
Record the playback device, selected display input, picture mode and viewing position; request a demonstration of the operator’s task. The RTVE example concerns indoor equipment; it does not validate your room.

- From the procurement desk, carry needs marked required into the handover sheet. Keep original statements as statements.
- Agree a test, conditions and owner. Do not mark “observation recorded” without a date, person and written result.
- Download the record and review pending actions with your integrator. A generated file does not certify the installation or send a message.
The specification sets equipment and acceptance requirements. Check your project conditions before agreeing the tests.
